Grauteufel:
Stefano and Chris have been running the EnergicaUSA side of things in San Francisco, and instrumental in the goings on to get the whole bankruptcy thing settled down and a solid plan moving forward, what's our next steps, etc. They are still with the company, and the USA side, is their baby

TBH those two were the heart and soul during the ordeal and pretty much the only activity the judge allowed was the US market.
with that they are / were very busy, they have to goto Italy for meetings, and corporate and legal bullshit, maybe not so much Chris but Stefano.
chris on the other hand has to go here and there taking care of other stuff. They had to do what they had to do and go where they had to go to keep the lights on, and keep what support they were able to provide, continuing. Then there was the job of finding a buyer for the place, proving to them that YES it IS worth saving, look at everything we have, look at everything we are doing, look at how loyal our customers are, we can't just let that die, and they did a magnificent job of that too!!
When you consider it was two people holding the whole fort down on the us side, doing pretty much everything, answering e mails was not exactly a top priority when you are trying to save the company and were out of most parts and couldn't help anyways!
you are absolutely correct in saying that we should be thankful for everything they have done for us, and realize that no the universe does NOT revolve around us, no matter how much we want to pretend it does!
currently they are bringing everything back up, they as you know, have moved ports of operation, so that threw things into turmoil. Slowly they are coming back online and getting everything back to where it was, and ask in the meantime please be patient.
they understand that the customers ARE top priority right now and that fixing all the broke ass bikes out there now, is their top priority, With this, have asked everyone, please let them know what bike you have, and what parts you need, so they can get going right away on that to get the parts needed to get the bikes back on the road. I posted a form they have on google docs to communicate what you need, and you can also contact them on their Facebook / Instagram official Energica pages as well.
and you are right, i am a total dirt bag. A poser and kook i think is the surfer term for a fraud

i do not have an SS9, so know absolutely nothing about the brand

The SS9 is something ill have to figure out a way to work into. would love to have one but with the experia, hmm man, that would be a shitty morning every morning, trying to figure out which of the two id want to ride.... then once that one was picked, bounce it off the ribelle to see who i want to ride. ill just end up what i do now, take a few rides a day, on different bikes. deliveries are the Experia, back and forth and romping fun the ribelle, and track fun the ego. ive flat spotted the wheels on the ribelle dragging, so.thats probably not going to work well on the track so probably keep the ego mostly track only with occasional romp on the road and the ribelle for street racing. as mentioned in another thread with someone with much more experience than me, the experia on the track, is not optimum so ill keep her just a smooth sailing bike, ie the beer hauler
