Energica / Re: Hope for Energica?
« on: October 23, 2025, 01:04:00 PM »Ive said constantly that Energica USA is still open and doing business. If they had to ship something overseas, i am sure they would if it was possible. They have answered e mails that i have sent to them, however sometimes it takes a few days.
there are posts here where they sent techs out to places to work on peoples bikes, even during the shutdown, and / or worked with them as they were able to, to fix their problems, so yes, they are doing what they can, when they can, with what little they had to work with.
their service person, has posted here many many times trying to help people with their needs through the months as well. IMO he is not married to this forum though, and has no 'obligation' to answer every question that comes up. Things they are not able to fix, due to whatever reasons, they probably stayed silent on, rather than have to hear the subsequent tantrum, and you guys suck, etc etc that happens when you tell someone, sorry you are on your own at this time.
try contacting them again. their website appears to be back up and their e mail should be back up too.
also remember, they have probably several months of e mails they have to go through, and knowing them, they are not just going to 'highlight all and delete' so that may take a little time too.
currently their website appears to be bare bone, as they get everything back up. remember with a new company, somethings you can't just 're open' the old stuff, it's all 'new' so all new stuff has to be redone.

Aaon I am not sure if you missed my previous question but was wondering if you own an Energica bike and what has been your personal experience with repairs and parts for your motorcycle since you mentioned receiving emails from them. With your extensive use of third person it is hard to tell how you are so knowledgeable of what is going on with the company since you have already stated you have no communication with the current staff and don't work at Energica.
Also just like they renewed registration for their primary business address during the bankruptcy, their website has always been up and running. I am not going to post Livia, Stefano, or Chris' emails to avoid them being targets of web crawlers but with a Google search their emails can be obtained or just message me.

) try a new letter, new topic to get his attention. i don't know what he uses for his e mail but sometimes ongoing topics get marked a wierd way and can easily be bunched in with read stuff and overlooked. i know ive done it enough times.
