Brand new to the forum, so hi all! I am so happy with this bike so far, holy crap! I couldn't get this electric bug out of my head... I needed one! Test rode one a month or so ago and was blown away by the torque, I ride a newer R1 so I was expecting a slow turd but I was grinning as soon as I rolled on the throttle. Anyhow, heres the video, Im riding like a grandma cause I'm still getting used to throttle and how it feels but wanted to share my first ride.

I live in the SF Bay Area and am jealous that you can get to interesting dirt roads so easily. If I lived in desert CA, I'd probably trade the stock tires (which are awesome in themselves) for knobbies, just for the hooligan factor.

I was able to track street signs on Google maps to see where that was (and even where you had lunch)! Definitely need to visit your area someday. This weekend I'll be in Ridgecrest, but must take the ICE bike mainly due to range considerations (also don't have any scratches on the 16FX yet...)

It is allot of fun! Ya pretty lucky for sure. Found a new area to ride right behind the university of San Bernardino. There are quite a few trails going up the mountain there. I've been riding street bikes for 20 years now and having this zero is soo different, being able to explore new areas without pissing people off if I were on a dual sport like a KTM or something, which I was seriously considering before my test ride of this. I couldn't be happier with my purchase. definitely PM me if you visit the area. Enjoy your trip and thanks for the comment!
