Like I always say: it is cheaper for a large company to buy (or buy into) a smaller one to obtain new technology than it is to do it themselves in-house.

Other tread, same post apply:

I just feel sorry for Alta EV's.
Probably HD will get their knowledge and drop the brand....
But maybe it will get their LiveWire project on top with it to be successful (range / weight / torque).

Anything else, every brand should watch out for HD taking them in their company. Hope Zero doesn't bite if they show interest.  :o
