Yamaha e-bikes

Yamaha has jumped into the electric-propulsion market.  Unfortunately, you will have to pedal if you want to go fast. Nice looking bicycles, though: http://www.motorcycle.com/features/yamaha-e-bikes-are-here.html

Funny.  I'm here at the AIMExpo in Columbus and I was just talking to a Yamaha rep about eBikes.  He THINKS Yamaha is biding their time to see how everyone else does despite having a couple of production-ready prototypes they've been dragging around to different trade shows for the past couple of years (not THIS one, though).
