The Empulse at risk and the Harley Livewire stopped, and Faraday Future's few patents likely soon to follow...
Is the EV world going to go all "Samsung vs Apple" and litigate each other's successful products for profit?
Or is this "patent and hold" just a blocking mechanism against EV?
I worry for those who want to innovate and advance this market now having to step around the potentially litigious patents with vague language and underdeveloped ideas that are beginning to litter the field.
