If your electric bike has a cigarette lighter style power outlet, this might be fun:

This one only works if you already have engine sounds.

This has been covered on this forum before:

http://electricmotorcycleforum.com/boards/index.php?topic=2908

I should warn that I've had this for a couple of years, and haven't installed it yet because I ordered the single large speaker instead of two small speakers, and the single large speaker requires a large space to install it that a stock Zero does not have. I'd suggest the police crash bars.

Also, the DIY aspects are significant: you have to install a speed sensor on the front axle, crimp the pins and install in the connectors yourself, and the preparation to get a custom sound file on the device involves using a crude Windows-specific .NET program and a little audio editing in a program like Audacity to make it compatible.

I want to make a Tie Fighter sound, in any case...

Ah damn.  Didn't look at it carefully.  I thought it had a built-in speaker, and all you had to do was push a button for it to make noise.  Didn't think it was that bloody involved.  :o

To be fair, I'm talking about the one that isn't the "plug and play" dongle, but that thing won't really help on a Zero:
