This is not mine and frankly I don't know anything about it so ask the seller any questions you may have.  Hope it can fill some charging need for a member.

those are two meanwell rsp-1000-48 powersupplies
hes claiming double the output that they can put out...  in series you cant add up the amperage, it stays the same.
It will allow up to 125% of its rated amperage, so instead of cutting at 21a you might get just over 26 amps... but it will run hot.

they will put out 55v max so that gets you around 110v.. maybe a volt more if the pot goes further that way. 

If you have to quickly charge from a deep discharge these will work... but for topping of the pack they wont help. If you hook a J1772 connector to them, you could use it on road trips to help... or keep it at home if you want to go out quicker after a long ride, and you have a 220v outlet.

To the right person these will be quite useful.

Look like my 3 years old DIY quick Charging idea & project using RSP serie Meanwell is becoming popular

But i have found better components now and it is half the size even when comparing with the RSP-2000 !

I talked to him. He said he  he could add a J1772 adapter for $175. He says it will charge quickly up to 83% then trickle charge where the Elcons fast charge until 95%. Of course a J1772 adapter is more expensive through them.
