replace/access license plate light: 2016 SR

I got one of these:

But can't figure out how to access the license plate bulb/wiring. Basically I need to know how you would replace the bulb. Has anyone experience with this?

Yeah its under the seat.

Here is instructions on how to access those wires from a other fender eliminator kit that I put on my SR:
