you cant use a spacer, there is no room. so my thought was to find a 320mm front rotor that will fit the FX wheel hub pattern. this has been more difficult than i imagined. so, what i think is going to happen is we are going to have a custom one cut, see how it works, if good, we are going to look into producing them and making them available to anyone who wants one. yes, it's WAY more brake than you need off-road but i just cant think of any other way to make it happen without buying a extra set of forks.
we are working with the team of college engineers a the university of arizona. you should see the little race car they built completely from scratch with a GSX-R 600 motor, they definitely have the skill sets necessary.
don't know what year your other bike is but the fox shock only works on a few models. the new showa shock can be worked by race tech without issues so there really isn't a need for the fox on the new bikes.
as for cost,
2 speed chargers, y cable, and 2 - 3.3 power packs = $7152
my new FX-S w/ 1 speed charger = $13,192
mine is almost double, yes having 2 bikes would be nice but....
good luck,
laramie
