Hi from Alberta
« on: April 13, 2016, 08:44:20 AM »

I just bought the demo in the showroom in Calgary (a 2013 Zero 11.4).  After riding it, I found that the most difficult thing to accomplish was wiping the grin off my face.  BTW, I can heartily recommend a visit to All Season Motorsports. The folks there are great to deal with.

Unfortunately, I'm in Red Deer, which is just out of range.  So I'll have to rent a pick-up when the time comes to collect the technical marvel.

Welcome! I've had a 13DS for 18k miles now. Looks like 90 miles to your dealership so I can't blame you for getting it transported, but you should have a plan just in case the bike winds up not running or charging for some reason. Also, try to keep the battery above freezing during the winter otherwise it won't charge and may not run well. Thankfully Zero's are clean enough to leave indoors.

Thanks Brian.  Yup, it'll be in a heated garage all winter.  (I'll be nice not to have to empty the carbs and drain the tank each fall).
