If your near Hollywood Park, CA you might want to check this out...

The Electric Vehicle Festival will include Do-It-Yourself Electric Vehicles and many Electric Vehicle Manufacturers. Select visitors will be treated to test rides in electric vehicles. Send an email to testride@evfesival.com to enter your name for the EV Ride-A-Long Contest.

There will also be a Burn-Out Contest, which will feature electric cars up against their gas counter-parts.
