How do they produce a gasket that can seal properly whilst being spun against a metal head with high compression at 2000+ rpm?

Hardly new.  This is the basis of car AC compressors, it has been for years.... The "wobble plate" can't take the forces of a motor for long.  It has been tried before...

Delorean compressor... You just need the Delorean Y Flux Capacitor to make this "invention" a new one....
