The contraption works similar to a "childs mobile" (thing that hangs from ceiling)
The right side of the body balances against the left hand side battery packs.

The heavier the person the further the batery packs are lowered by swinging out.
Steering is provided through the weight of the feet on the black pads.
When you place weight forward on the left foot, the right batery pack slides forward also.
Thus its basically a form of countersteering using the counterbalances.

I dont envisage this to be a means of regular transport, but more like a fun toy.

No fancy electronic gyroscopes low cost to construct with simple off the shelf parts.
Can climb on either way to go forward or back. Eg its symetricalFolds up, as per the first pic attached.
I mada real simple version out of wood and it worked, but fell apart quickly.
