Zero ZF75-7-66 Controller Options
« on: March 04, 2026, 03:30:31 AM »

Anyone have the wiring diagram for this motor and what controller I can pair with it?  Also, the connecting plug for the Hall sensor I believe is what is pictured.

Did you check any of Zero's free Service Manuals that have all the wiring diagrams?

It's not a Hall sensor, that's a sin/cos encoder.  It's the Zero 75-5, 75-7, 75-7R, or ME1507 motor.  It pairs well with the Sevcon Gen4 controllers (if you know how to program them) or any number of sin/cos encoder capable controllers.
