Does not seem to answer what they act like they will answer at the beginning of the article. Some other articles there, the one about Norton dropping their electric superbike project acts like this is a current option to get.

I could not find where buck city is. The website seems out of Cheshire part of UK. Buck means a male white tail deer to most folks around here. If you have or deal in rabbits the males are bucks.
