 Hey Everyone:

Energica just sent out an e mail to everyone, asking what parts you need for your bikes to keep them going.  They are looking at what's needed most and working from that list as they ramp operations back up and want to get tbe broke bikes back on the road asap.

With that, i was going to post the link here but it seems they are customized to the people who signed up for the newsletter and that might cause grief if i posted that long link.

until i get a clean link hopefully, how about,
 if you did not receive anything from them in the e mail, please post here what parts you need and ill see what we can do to get ta good link for you to follow and hopefully a way for you two to contact each other

I would like to encourage all Experia owners to ask for the center stand.

I would like to see firmware updates to increase compatibility with more level 3 charging stations. Or a compatible level 3 Tesla NACS adapter.

Am I just some neanderthal neglecting my bikes, or just waiting for enlightenment? I've never felt the need for one doing maintenance at home and on longer trips knock of any maintenance before headiong off, whats the burning desire for one on the Experia?

Give me spares for the bits that are known to fail and then maybe some better suspension

I asked for the Center Stand twice - because it was not originally an accessory - and then as an accessory haha.

I seriously hope they will be prioritizing the parts needs. If I would be asked to prioritize:
1. Parts for bricked bikes
2. semi-bricked bikes (might include SW-Updates)
3. broken body parts incl. electrics like blinkers
4. Service parts that you also can get from OEM like brake discs, brake pads, brake levers, damaged rims etc.
5. Nice to have add-one (I also have marked a center stand for my Experia)

dalk, that adapter for nacs to ccs1 is already out there, many people make them.
the problem is Tesla has not turned on the chargers for the bikes.
Energica has reached out to Tesla inquiring about that but since elon hates bikes, received no reply back.
The company has to turn on the chargers for the other companies to use, you can't just plug and charge sadly.

it would be nice though.

most, that's what they are trying to do here, reach out and help people get back on the road, which is why they asked what parts you need to do this.

the link Energica sent out is for a google document in the cloud for you to fill out, that way they can tally them up, and kind of conglomerate all the inputs into one place to go through them.

this should bring you to energica's were coming back page, simply fill out the info they ask for and they will be in touch with you as they work through the inquiries to help get your bike back in the condition it needs.

PS, they don't have a ton of personnel resources to be scattered like herding cats, so are trying to keep things centralized so they can keep on top of it.   in addition to this form they sent out,  they also have an official Energica Facebook and Instagram account that you can access and communicate with them as well.  I would actually recommend using those channels as they are official channels, and get checked a lot more than here which is really, a back woods forum they lurk in

I only posted the link here, for those who don't get E mails from them to know, they are seeking input from ALL Energica owners, so they can better help us get back to normal.
