that sounds like you cooked a cell or a few.
The engineering menu, look at min / max cell volt and let us know what it says, also the pack voltage. Try to do an ac charge at home, record cell voltage at beginning and right after it starts. Walk it down to like 2 amps let it charge, get the numbers, bump to 5 amp, then 10 then whatever it can take, recording the pack voltage and cell hi / low. This will help show if you cooked a cell (s) or not in your pack.
Unfortunately you might have done just that.
When the battery goes to zero, others around it may still have a little juice in them, and if you keep pushing, will drive it well.. below zero basically, until the internal resistance gets so high, it's basically a brick at that point and now is irreparably damaged. You may be able to charge it a little bit, but it's been destroyed, and can only hold like 10 percent of it's charge, and pushing anymore causes it's volts to skyrocket, tripping out the cell / causing a fault.
The absolute worst thing you can ever do with lithium cells is to store them at zero, or at full charge, topping them off and letting them sit, stewing at that high soc can really throw a wrench into them as well.
You said you got some charge into it? Will the bike run at all? There is a chance if it does, you may be able to 'walk it off'. Run it down slow charge, down, charge cycle it 5 or 6 times and it might bring some of that battery's capacity back to life. This is a hail mary though and don't hold your breath too long on it, but worth a try before throwing in the towel.
if you can get it to take a charge, do so very slowly, on AC put 3 to 4 amps into it, yes i know it's slow, but you are trying to nurse it back to health, and pushing it hard won't be helpful.
