I'm in Ashland, Oregon, with no close repair shops. Bike was knocked over in a parking lot by a hit-n-run. Broke left footpeg, damaged plastics, but bike is rideable - I moved a rear footpeg to the front. My question is, what dealers in Portland, the Bay Area, or closer might be best for getting a repair estimate and ordering/mailing replacement panels? What's your experience? (This happened in a hospital parking lot, and there is video of the driver)

After two SRs (last was donated to NPR), the SR/S is a fantastic upgrade! My only complaint is bugs all over my helmet, even after an extension on the windscreen. I've even gotten used to the goofy cruise control.

SF Moto in San Francisco proper is a good shop for Zeros. Santa Clara Cycle just became a Zero dealership to much Social Media fanfare. They would probably be pretty motivated.

You may or may not have success but try ebay. There was a place in CA where i Just a got a decent deal on a DC to DC from a parted out SRS.
Enough of these have been wrecked or disassembled for profit that sometimes you can actually find what you are looking for.

Beaverton Motorcycles in Tigard is probably the closest. They had a good reputation back in my racing days.

That sucks, I just finished that bullshit with my Experia.
At least it's a zero and parts ARE still available for you.  my bike got totalled for mostly cosmetic damage.   

With that being said,  fairings, brake handle, a light, a mirror etc,  piddly parts like that, it does NOT HAVE to be a zero shop to fix it!!
pretty much any shop can fix general stuff like this, and can order parts from a zero shop wherever for you, so you won't have to send the bike 800 miles to get it fixed.

it's worth looking into at least.
