That is an option, which hopefully it does not get there because the brains r and d and all that are in Italy, it'd be really tough to split that and still be meaningful. IN that case I think a judge could say, ok old debts are gone, this is a new company, but still. they need someone to fund them to get back going, as i am pretty sure any assets are going to be liquidated to satisfy debtors. Either way that's a rough situation, and the most important thing that nobody ever thinks of with any company really, is tribal knowledge. You can't put a value on that really, yet it also can be pretty much everything. You may have a computer and some software but if you are not intimately familiar with how it works... good luck getting all that shit to play nice with each other, especially on a product that has several upgrades, versions, updates, out there.
Hopefully we can hear something soon, one way or another what the plans are, but for now, the usa IS in business fixing bikes, and my stupid ass is helping pay their rent... one wreck at a time
