I have a 2023 Ribelle RS and I was wondering if someone knew what company makes the headlights for Energica?

I have a low beam that is no longer coming on with the ignition.

I checked the wiring (both wiring loom feeds have power & GND active) and even the ballast (both low beam ballasts work when connected to the working bulb, and neither bring the dead one to life).

Ideally, I'd like to swap out the original OEM bulb for an identical one, but if someone here knows of a drop in option I'd love to hear about it.

I believe ZADI provides the headlight units. No one makes a drop in replacement but with enough DIY you can make anything "fit". Please note that any replacement needs to match the current draw of the factory light or it will cause a fault.

If both your low beam drivers (black box) are working I would suggest unplugging the power connector going to the unit that is driving the failed LED. They can burn out if they are provided power without a load attached to the output side.

It is an Italian company namec ECIE, at least for my '22 Ribelle. You can see the company's logo on the lower half of the light.

They have a manufacturing shop in Chengdu (CN). If you visit their website, you can find a double light which strikingly looks like the Ribelle's headlight. Has even the E3 European Conformity Number for Italy.

It appears that they also manufacture the front position light, the tail light and the licence plate light.

I wrote them an e-mail asking for support but never got an answer

Yep Jotjotde is correct they make the units on the EGO, EVA and Experia. Zadi makes the headlight used on the EsseEsse9.
