I'm setting my Experia up for ADV riding, and while I'm glad it comes with a chain drive, the rear sprocket is aluminum. Maybe that's ok on the street, but for long distance on dirt it will get chewed up quickly. More thoughts on aluminum sprockets on my Zero DSR here:

Is there an off the shelf sprocket that has steel teeth?

The supersprox RST-7091 is a hybrid with steel teeth and aluminum center, and I think it's only "off the shelf" up to 49 or 50 tooth.
I've not seen that size in stock anywhere and it's probably the wrong direction for off-road gearing, though maybe you can compensate with -1 tooth front and adjust chain.

Or you can pay and wait for them to do a custom size order (just received a 52t aluminum from them)

These are replacements for the Energica Bikes.   This will work for the EGO and Ribelle,  except the corsa which I have which uses a 520 .vs. the 525 for street production models

P.S.  On the race bike the 520 is for weight,  for YOU now, you need strength and a few pounds is not going to harm your efforts.  Strongly recommend you stick with 525 if that's what is on it already.  Aluminum sprockets on the back end, yah, ive chewed it up a bit with the torque this thing puts out.

Experia is 520 stock...rear sprocket is 52t and aluminium, I've had no issues with the ally sprocket...has 31k km on it thus far....is still ok. OEM chain is junk though...I fitted a DID ZVMX to it pretty early on.....due to a couple of tight links etc...

I got the steel Experia Sprocket from Energica of New England. 520 pitch and 52 teeth. Rob had a production run done up. He probably still has some in stock.

I had a Supersprox on order (from December 2024) but the ship date was late Feb and I had 23,000 miles on the stock aluminum and was feeling like it was wearing.

I got a Supersprox for my Ribelle and cannot recommend it.
Delivery time for custom made was 6 months and they did not even manage to keep to this.
Having driven it approx. 1000 km now, I am not satisfied because it makes noise in the same frequency as the wheel turns, so I suspect it is a tiny bit off-center or warped.
Only positive thing is, it looks good. So, if later the noise gets on my nerves, I will have a f***ing expensive wall decoration

All, thanks for the advice. I'll try Rob at EoNE, and failing that will likely go with SuperSprox. They've made a couple of sprockets for my DSR that have been great (maybe 2 months delivery).

It's 5.78mm wide, so I can confirm it's a 520 sprocket.

I'll run the aluminum sprocket on my street wheel, until it's worn out. The steel one will go on the spoked wheel. I'm having the front redone with a 19" rim, which leads to an interesting problem with traction control, which uses the tone wheels to compare wheel speeds. I'm told that the change in diameter can be corrected with the dealer service tool, but I want to be able to easily switch back and forth from 17 to 19". So I've designed a new tone wheel for the 19" front wheel, which has 54 teeth instead of 48, to correct for the change in diameter. Will have it laser cut soon, so we'll see how it goes. Might make the ABS interesting, or maybe not. It will give the same number of pulses per distance traveled, so maybe it'll all work out.

Speaking of changing wheels, do any of you know of a set of stands that work well with the Experia?

Happy with my pit-bull stands for wheel swap.  Spools on the swingarm and a #20 pin on the headstock lift.
