So the Experia has 3 bags.  2 side panniers and the one in the back.
They are not really bags but hard case storage boxes.  Really nice ones too.

anyways...

How do you get these things off the bike if you want to bring a passenger on?  The Ribelle they literally click on and off, it's VERY easy.  Perhaps I am missing something, I surely am, but how do you get these off the bike>  There looked to be a button to push on the bottom but it didn't do anything, or maybe I did it wrong?   There got to be a way besides undoing the 7 ish bolts and taking the entire frame assembly off.

make sure the key is in the unlocked position then lean on the smaller button. Mine are quite stiff, but that's preferable to flopping around on the rack.

They are standard fare Givi cases and mounts.

Mine were also a bit stiff to get on and off at first.  One of the side case lock cores was also binding up a little, needed to hit them with some spray.  I've had mine off/on dozens of times now, they'll loosen up.

Also, you can ride two up with the cases on, I do it all the time.

I case you haven't gotten them off in the month since you posted this, I've found that I need to give it some positive pressure in the direction of "locked" for the bag to release.

The top case for example, with the key turned to the unlocked position, I pull down on the bag while pressing the silver release button. With enough pressure the button fully depresses with e loud "click" and the bag lifts off easily. Use caution when applying pressure on the left bag so as not to accidentally pull it off the kickstand. (ask me how I know).

It's a little bit of a PITA, but as SilentPea said...excessive stiffness is way more preferable to having floppy bags.

Ill give them a try tomorrow to take them off.
Coming off the kickstand igh... yah Ive done that a time or two with the Ribelle doing some 'things' and no it's not a pleasant thing.  From my POV, there is no way one person can lift that thing by themselves unless they are a 350 lb linebacker.

I agree on the stiffness.  I had a bag come off on the Ribelle once and it had a 12 pack in it, it came off at about 40 mph.  Yah that was not fun either, it scuffed it up pretty bad and busted up the stuff pretty badly.

Hopefully it don't give me too much grief.
