It would probably help if you started somewhere that actually puts an author's name on the article.  Or at least a link to the genuine Honda press release.   I tried the links to what would possibly be an author and they are more links to more links with no author.  What tense is invests?  Past, present, it doesnot at first seem like a word or phrase for future.

One of the silhouettes in the 2030 slide looked an awful lot like a Goldwing. Now that I’m used to riding the FJR, I’m loathe to give up comforts like the automatic windscreen and comfy saddle, so an electrified Goldwing sounds very nice!

As for Honda I noticed a lever to push for regen on the throttle side of the upcoming wn7 and on the concept low seat bike what looks like a left-hand rear brake.  The concept bike has a slim pod of buttons on the left.

Lever for regen = pointless. Problem already solved satisfactorily by constant regen setting (Zero) or slight reverse throttle (Can-Am).

I don't see a regen lever in the same vein as a brake lever. I do see an R/- button on the left which could be for turning regen on or off, on the throttle side there's a slide switch which also turns something on or off (presumably) and I'm guessing the one below that is something akin to a starter button.



Not that I'd use it much but I wouldn't complain about a button to turn regen on or off, or a lever for increased regen as opposed to lightly tapping the brake on a Zero. If it was just stuck in a no regen mode and you had to use the lever then that would indeed suck.

It looks like there is a corresponding R+ button for the index finger ... so a sort of up/down regen adjuster. Still kinda pointless. I have paddles in my car that do this ... soon realised that in anything other than minimum setting it was crap.

This is a screen shot from the video linked in post 85 in the moto bob and wn7 thread on here minute 2:21.  Not what I had in mind when I posted earlier.  Maybe it isn't a lever to push for resistance at the wheels.

Where the industry and left-hand rear brake will appear in the future is interesting to me as I have been using that since 2017 or so on the Ktm.  Not Honda related but I read somewhere on here about putting a regular clutch perch, lever and cable to a pull pot in order to get similar to left hand rear brake it was in the Zero section.

R is for Reverse in walking mode.

The mystery switch on the right has a hazard triangle on it.
