"The NowCast air quality index (AQI) for the Reno-Sparks area was over 350 and in the “Hazardous,” category on Wednesday morning, which was much worse than expected due to increased fire activity."

California is doing its best to keep air pollution as high as possible. I wonder how many electric vehicle sales it will take to compensate for all of our wildfires?  :(

Right now:




AQI=Reno=128=unhealthy
AQI=Auburn=36=fair


It was smokey all the way to around Colfax, here it is nice, clear and sunny and in the low 70's F. It was very smokey at Donnor Summit, 7,240' elevation.
