FIM E-Xplorer World Cup.

I noticed this from a link at the bottom of Richard230's news of Yamaha scooter news lately.  It is also being discussed elsewhere on the internet.

As I read the articles The FIM approves the rules.  The manufacturers request to play.  10 teams allowed one male one female per team.  So far I beileve Mugen, Cake and one other perhaps SurRon have applied.

After reading about the new rules for parts that need to be homolgomated to play in formula one ice racing (not frozen water) and the decision to give Ducati 3 years of MotoE all bikes the same this likely will give them a less pressure venue to decide what needs be available to privateers in the motocross and road racing for example.
