In October 2020, a Zero DSR built by DirtFirst Racing/Hollywood Movie Bikes finished the final round of the National Hare and Hound Series in Lucerne, California.
The 2018 DSR completed the technical 40mi course in 2hr 17min with 29% battery remaining, and finished ahead of most of the gas bikes in the overall results for the 40mi loop.

Did you find the results on line before posting here?

http://www.moto-tally.com/nhha/RESULTS.aspx

He came in last in the hooligan class.  Well last of all those not DUC whatever that means.  It was a two lap race for the top riders.  I guess ahead of half of those entered and scored in one lap is fair.  He is shown as on a Yamaha for some reason.

Edit   Duc must mean ducati, that guy must have dnf.  Check out the 2021 race there he did not enter and the times are much slower.

He was 32 of 68 in the single-lap category.  (There were six in the single-loop category that didn't finish one loop but fifteen who didn't finish one lap in the two-loop category.)

Weird that they recorded him with the wrong manufacturer.

Yamaha is pretty close to Zero in an alphabetical listing, so maybe they just missed aligned their click. But it's probably because they didn't have Zero on their form and had to fill something in.

Nice looking bike.  Not sure they needed the power tank if it had 29% battery energy left at the end.  For a rider that states the things he entered in the past, like when there were 3 wheel atv doing 40 miles off road is an achievement.  There were 7 pro riders that did that loop in less than an hour.  Not sure why he could not have entered his age.  If that was the case  I believe it would be apparent if he is an A rider or not.
