Did yall add foam or other insulation to the gap between the pan and the battery monolith? Did you look at the pic I linked, is that the same pan you have? If so, how did you attach your cooling fans?
The pan attaches to the frame, not the monolith, and the chargers are meant to bolt to the pan, leaving an air gap to the monolith. There's far less heat transmitted via this scheme than the OEM's that places the charger chassis more or less conformally against the monolith's bottom plate.
The only real thermal concern is using a thermally conductive paste between the chargers and the pan. ASI Compound 104 is a recommendation I have in my notes, but I don't recall whose recommendation that was.
If you linked a pic, I didn't see it. There's only one pan design aside from the OEM metal and plastic pans, although I've sketched an alternative design myself that I never had fabricated.
