Interesting concept. The design is pretty simple. The side panels come off.

They've built some ugly bikes in the past, but they've out done themselves this time.

There's no need for the Koreans to build things like that.  I'm sure there are Korean artists, they have some asthetic senses.  There's really no excuse.
