Sevcon DVT Software Engine Data Fine-Tuning
« on: March 24, 2026, 12:26:51 PM »

Hello

Is there anyone here who is familiar with Sevcon's DVT software?

How can I generate the data for parameters 4640 and 4641 if I can't get the data from the motor manufacturer or if it isn't available?
Are these values then generated using DriveWizard (Sevcon SCWiz Control Panel)?
However, this software hasn’t been on the market for quite some time—does anyone still have it?
Are these values sufficient for efficient operation, or can they be fine-tuned further? If so, how, and with what tool?
I know that Zero runs every motorcycle on a dynamometer and fine-tunes it further.

If I have the settings for a 48-volt battery for this motor (which is also compatible with 72 volts), what values do I need to change for operation at 72 volts?

Thanks in advance
