Quick note:
If you use cheater bars or anything like that on a torque wrench, you change the dynamics and it's reading is no longer accurate.  This goes for using extenders, universal heads or anything of that nature  when using a torque wrench on anything.  Just a friendly reminder.

Sounds like your saying that if you add length to the torque wrench handle for additional leverage will effect its reading.
I don’t believe this is true as the smarts of the tool won’t know/care.
However if you mean adding length to the other end (socket) as in crows foot (or even articulated swivel) then yes, the change in length will effect the reading but can be factored for (crows foot).
Depending on the length of an extension, its rotational tendencies (think torque stick), & the amount of torque applied, extensions could effect accuracy but I wouldn’t say it’s a 100% given (as long as the original length remains unchanged & the fastener remains @ 90°).
