So cost per mile:
Tires: $0.021 (Prior Set's cost and miles)
Electricity: $0.017 (From App)
Insurance: $0.052 (Annualized)
Repairs $0.004 (Bearings & transporting two round trips to Dealer)

Insurance rates are FIXED for the year, my costs per mile would go down if I rode more miles.
(If I did about 14K per year my Insurance would cost the same as tires.)
