You would think Zero would do everything they could to keep a journalist (and ardent EV supporter) happy with their product and service.  Very disappointing.

I'd actually be more disappointed in Zero if they fixed a journalist's problems but left everyone else hanging.

A bad dealer experience reflects on the manufacturer, unfortunately .. Tesla may well have the right idea, given unlimited funds.
