welcome, having done a conversion, all I have to say is just do it, you can read stuff till you are blue in the face and the books won't tell you that although you spent 8 hours measuring and cutting your metal to the absolute perfection that once you weld your battery tray the darn batteries won't fit cause the metal has shrunk 1/32 of an inch, I'm just sayin' lol
also all the formulas in the world, pies, ratios, all that stuff are fine and dandy, but they don't account for hills, wind, low tire pressure, highway overpasses, blond chics in convertibles with haulter tops, you having stopped at In n Out Burger prior to your ride - in determining your top speed and range
I am being silly, but one message I want to send to you guys is, ALLOW YOURSELF PERMISSION TO MAKE MISTAKES, and learn from them, correct them, and move on, don't expect to get everything wright on the first try, nor sit and wait, and put things off until all the friggen stars align, you'll be waiting for ever
take your time, and go for it, you can do it !!!
