I think the biggest issue here is that most EV companies are engaged in the "NIH" (Not Invented Here) mentality.  Now that they know it's possible, they'll spend MILLIONS trying to recreate the technology without stepping on any of their patents rather than pay a licensing fee and get their batteries from them...

I’ve been around the Prologium factory, and it is still hype. The facilities are no where near large enough to indicate mass manufacturing, which is supported by the fact that no end user equipment manufacturer (ie Mercedes who are supposed to be a customer) has integrated their cells into packs, despite the production line running since 2024. That video is essentially a paid for media release, and definitely marks the content puppet as a shill as there was no critical assessment of the technology or company.
