Probably got some sort of resolution for their 'issue' so is no longer looking here to see if there are any takers.
However, sometimes that my messages you can kind of overlook if there's new messages unless you really look there, new folks may not notice messages piling up, it's not like it throws a popup or something to let you know so he may not have seen / known you dm'd him
maybe these posts will get his attention, to at least close the thread if it is taken care of already
