Just checked out the crappy vid for the new Super Soco TS Street Hunter.
No specs, but I did notice that the new TS now has a centre motor rather than a hub motor, so it is a "new" bike. Doesn't get any verbal confirmation , but shows an "exploded" picture of the motor.
 I am wondering if it the old TCmax and if  there is going to be a new TC max model with an updated motor. Maybe finally one that can do over 100kph?
I will keep my eye on this

The TS still has a hub motor but it's more powerful than the TC, 2.5kW versus 1.5kW (although the TC is said to peak at 3kW so the TS may end up being closer to 4kW).

Check out the current Super Soco TS Street hunter vid. It shows a centre mounted motor and an exploded graphic of it. Check out the graphic at 40secs.

That vid doesn't show the full bike with a centre motor. Every photo and all the specs I can find on the TS show and say it has a hub motor.

Yeah you are probably right., The motor Exploded graphic could actually be that hub. Just didn't look like one . No spoke holes but that could just be missing from the graphic.
The wheel in you vid has cast spokes and the motor in the first vid has no sign of any rim support ( spokes not alloy arms.)
