I never talked to a Progressive agent. Filled out the online form, got my quote, paid it, printed out my card and cancellation letter for State Farm. Even Geico was never this easy.

I don't miss Rider Insurance.  I received one 10 mph over-the-limit speeding ticket and they doubled my insurance premium.     No such problem with Progressive.  I even had a claim once and they didn't raise my premium.
