Does anyone know how noisy the voltage is on accessory line on the Zero's?

I've wired up some 12v LEDs and an El Wire invertor, and after a while some of the LEDs & the Invertor blew.
I'm wondering if the power is a bit noisy and caused the components to blow out due to over voltage?

If thats the case I can add in a voltage regulator (12v / 12v) but I'd like to check with people in the know first

Hi Justin.  If you still want to know this, I'll hook up my ZF9 to an oscilloscope when I get it back.

I had the opposite problem.  My heated grips detect the engine is running by looking for noise on the 12v line, because there wasn't any they get turning off.

On things like electronics, sometimes problems at the interface (i.e. connections to the assembly or component) make it seem to be an electrical problem, when it is actually a mechanical failure.  Sounds like you would know this too...just pointing it out to the forum.

And the mechanical failure could be due to materials used in the part, and the manufacturing process, which may not be up to the mechanical shock and vibration requirements that are needed for motorcycle applications. 

=> Any response as to what the voltage signal looks like for this line ??
