Yesterday I picked up the February 2013 issue of
City Bike magazine and Terry and his ride to the Bay Area from Florida was mentioned in the "News, Clues & Rumors" section of the paper, on page 6, under the heading "Zero Miles". The story includes his Facebook page and a comment that Terry is touring the Bay Area and No. CA, "meeting the folks at Zero and
CityBike reader and e-moto enthusiasts Richard Harmon".
(Of all the many great people that Terry has met, apparently the magazine editor Gabe Ets-Hokin, could only remember my name. I guess my modeling on the cover of last April's issue, while wearing my bright yellow jacket and managing to ride my Zero the 10 miles to the photo-shoot impressed him. :rolleyes: ) The article ends with: "He (Terry) seems in no hurry to return to Florida. We don't blame him."
At the bottom of the same page, under the heading "Electric Deals", is mention of the various government and factory rebates available to anyone wanting to buy a 2012 Zero motorcycle.
