Some changes to ElectricMotorcycleForum.com

I added some genre forums at the bottom of the forum.  I anticipate people wanting to share information with people who share the same riding style so I figured I would set those sections up.  Let me know if you think any other would be good.  I considered a "Racing" section.  What do you think?
