Well, considerable time has gone by since the takeover was announced, so some anxiety is understandable.
My expectation was that the spare parts business using the existing ware house inventory would be up and running first & quick as an early cashmaker. Hiring two people for this business should not take so long.
Now I suspect negotiations with parts manufacturers are dragging on (e.g. headlamps). Those companies were burnt when Energica declared insolvency and probably want to see money upfront before starting production. Moreover, it's low quantities, not exactly a good bargaining chip in negotiations.
