Hmm that would also imply that all the hardware in those super fast chargers out there is also horribly inefficient and kicking out vast amounts of heat too ... yikes.

They do. My Tesla’s fan howls. I don’t think the dispenser has a fan, but all of those connect to a bigger box that is the actual charger with fans for cooling.

the chargers have fans in them at the rectification area,  plain ccs chargers do as well,  yes a lot of heat gets put out straightening the wiggles back out.

Coming from Stellantis is not a glowing recommendation. I hope Bos moved over to Zero because he wanted some challenges where he could make a difference and that he will be able to do so. There is of course a question of what projects are in the pipelines and what targets Pachel has left at Zero.
Pachel will go somewhere. Being on a board of a company does not take much of your time. 

Maybe if Zero comes out with new serious motorcycle, the voltage will be higher and allow CCS. When I say serious, I mean Gen2 or Gen3 replacement. How long they can avoid doing that (new serious bike and/or higher voltage) I don't know. They might come out with the mini bike first.
If my bike dies today there is no current Zero I'm really interested in. Honda WN7 is currently on top of my list for replacing it when it dies. The upcoming (hopefully) long range adventure version.
