Come on guys, it's an exaggeration to make a point.

I feel if your in a city living and working and your 2-10 miles from work.  Get an Ebike or just a bicycle and take them inside with you.
Cheaper to buy, no license plate, no parking fees.

If it can't "escape" the city as a true motorcycle just don't bother.

That vektorr is uhh... Too fast for a type II bicycle, too slow for a moped, barely as fast as a Type III bicycle?

That's because it's designed to fit a European class. In the UK it's called AM and is 50cc and limited to 45km/h and can be ridden by people aged 16 (at 17 it's the A1 class, 125cc up to 11kW).
