Unfortunately its become time to part ways with my 2017 Zero DS... A change in commute from ~2 miles to close to 30 has changed the way my wife feels about the whole thing.
Bummer.
Here is a little bit more about it:
***I have gone down at low speed once. I think I slipped on the much coming out of a garbage truck. Went down on the left side leaving a little abrasion on the left handlebar end, the kickstand and me. I have had it checked out afterward at SF Moto who gave it a clean bill of health and changed from the knobby tires it came on to the more city style in the photo(s). The only true casualty of the incident was the stock mirror which cracked and both were replaced ***
~6200 miles
No error codes etc
I haven't seen any degradation of the battery / ability to reach 100% charge
Upgrades:
5 setting heated grips (still fully functional after it went down)
Hand/brush guards
Tail tidy
Givi rear locking top box
Zero Touring windscreen
Zero Tank grips
Weiser LED front and rear turn signal replacement (super fast and bright)
LED headlight
RAM cell phone mount
Aftermarket side mirrors with LED signals integrated
