I'm 48 years old but I ride this bike like I'm 70. Bought it for the "electric" part, not for the off-the-line speed 

There's about 6500 miles on the bike. It has fallen over once while standing still and was "muscled" to the ground (as well as you can muscle a 600 pound bike to the ground), and this problem didn't appear until the next riding season from that incident. Can't totally rule it out I guess, but I'd say the probability of that being the cause is low. Otherwise, it's just a daily commuter bike and occasional errand pony.

Long story short, my bike has been having intermittent keyless issues, to the point where I could no longer reliably use the bike so it's been sitting in a corner of the garage for a bit under a year. I was waiting until Energica reopened service in the US, but now that looks unlikely (especially anywhere near Indiana). So, I decided to just throw wrenches at the bike because what else did I have to lose. Turns out, two of the tiny wires coming in to the Zadi keyless module are broken. I believe they were packed in there so tight that they would occasionally complete the circuit, thus allowing the bike to sometimes be powered on and driven, but not always.

Now I'm stuck again. How in the world do I get the Zadi module off the bike and/or get inside of it to fix the wires? The angle is really awkward and it looks like there's a hex bolt up inside the bottom of it, but I have been unsuccessful in getting any tool to grab on to the bolt. The unit has a part number of "XCB0330" but searching for that turns up nothing. Figured I'd pop the question here to see if anyone has any advice (or even a suggestion for repair).

I'm 6'4" and the SR/F is juuuust a wee bit scrunchy for me. I'm currently installing the lower pegs, and am also considering a handlebar mod. Why did you opt for installing risers instead of installing the SR/S handle bars?

There are two on the SR/S. One is up under the tank plastics and is rumored to be a "Sumitmoto TS090". However, if you search for this, you realize that there are then about a half dozen options for those types of connectors. I gave up trying to determine which one I needed and just clipped the wires at the end of the connector on the bike and hard-wired my nav. Not the best option but getting to the 12V plug was a pain the butt and I knew the only thing I'd be plugging in there would be a nav unit.

There is also a second 12 V accessory wire that is in one of the wiring chases by your left calf (while sitting on the bike). This is a typical SAE connector and is intended more for heated gear.

On September 26th the FW update was offered me twice, the next day once, but I declined.
Few days later I accepted the offer but the update did not go through (at least at the end the app (or dashboard?) said it was v17).

Since then I haven't been offered the update anymore.

I wonder if Zero stopped the roll-out of the update.

Version 18 no longer appears on their website (says 17 is the most current version https://www.zeromotorcycles.com/owner-resources/firmware/), but I was able to install it via the app yesterday. I was unaware of all the issues before installing the update, and now I'm kinda nervous that I shouldn't have done it! I did go on a pretty long ride yesterday after installing the update with no issues, so my fingers are crossed...

Can you please tell me how many amps it is rated at?  I have been curious about that. It should say on the back.

Looks to be 12A at 110 and 16A at 220?
