Yep my 2021 has been in the shop up in Tampa FL trying to get a new battery for over a month now and I still don't think zero approved it yet. If they don't I am not getting another zero. 25k miles and 3 years old and I'm barely getting 52 miles highway to go see my dad. I'll get home at like 2% and it's only going to get worse. To the point where I can even ride it to the next town.

Lol no it's not. Spending $150 instead of $87 is the opposite of a solution to my problem, and "I have to turn the bike on to open the tank" is just as annoying as "I have to turn the bike off to open the tank"
You said in the original post you think it should be a lockable button so this guy posted a link to a lockable button 🤷???

I have had one of these for a little while know and it is just the best! Nothing beats pulling up to a drive thru to get some food and just popping it open to put the food in without having to turn off the bike! Also great for accessing phone and sunglasses at red lights.

I am in need of a new plastic tank fairing for my 2015 zero sr. If anyone has one they are selling that is red and sr please contact me.
