Update: `tpsreport`works for MBB level 2 password on my 2020 FX

Thanks a lot, time ago I unsuccessfully asked for it many times !

The problem is Putty cannot send  \r\n when you press Enter. Zero wants to have \r\n after each command to react. You need to do it manually after each command on the MBB console. E.g. "help" + Crtl-M + Ctrl-J. Here's the article: https://z49x2vmq.github.io/2017/11/12/putty-cr-lf-en/

You can configure putty to send CR+LF automatically in the configuration window, Terminal section. Just tick both 'Implicit CR in every LF' and 'Implicit LF in every CF'. ;)

As Richard230 said and also from my knowlege the DOT 4 brake fluids are all the same, they all meet the same specifications.
For the pads it depends on the use you want to make with your bike. They are made with different materials according to the specific use (offroad, street, rain, racetrack), the choice is only yours. Go for a good brand and you are done (I personally prefer Brembo pads).

Hey,
I send you a PM with the password. Level 1 is pretty public.
I have the level 2 password but it's useless, the only thing adds is changing the sprocket ratio for the speedo.

I am disappointed noone is willing to help with the level 3.

Hello, unfortunately level 1 password doesnt' work, maybe they changed it in newer machines... :-[
Can anyone privately provide me with the Level 2 password ? (I will also need it to change front/rear sprocket ratio after chain installation)

Thanks in advance

Level 2 will be very important to me soon, since I'm just going to replace belt with chain!
Thank you!

Hello,

does anyone know the level 2 and level 3 password for the MBB?
As far as I know, it has been the same for a long time.
Unfortunately, I've only been able to find the level 1 password so far.

Thanks!

Hello,
I've just built the USB->OBD2 serial cable as described in the unofficial zero manual.
It works fine, but obviuosly I can only display info (Level 0).
I don't even know the Level 1 password.
Can you privately provide me with at least level 1 pwd ?
In any case, thank in advance.

Hello everybody,
I've been a registered user since almost 1 year even if I've not been active. Anyway I read a lot, and I found a lot of useful information here.
I live in Italy and I own a 2020 Zero FX. After some initial troubles I'm finally enjoying it despite the covid!
