Cant tell from that photo. The loose wires look like they go to the contactor, maybe up to the keyswitch also.
Pretty silly to me if they didnt add the diagnostic port (and programming port  ;D).

Wow they managed to stuff it in there.
Is the diagnostic port exposed? Its generally a 4 pin (2x2) molex - but a different connector could be used.

Are you certain thats the controller? Because that is a really bulky model.
Can you share a picture of it in the bike?
