My 2022 SRF had front disc issues.
After 14 months it had to go in for a a completely new set of discs and pads (all under warranty but annoying as it took them 3 weeks to get the parts).
Now 6 months later I can feel that same odd 'pulse' through my finger when I apply the front brake. I think this set of discs has warped as well..
I'm actually at the dealer now for the 8000 mile service and they're looking at the brakes at the same time..

Oddly my previous en (14.4kwh) SRF had no issues with brakes (the less said about the battery pack and BMS, the better )

I have commuted on my SR/F for the last 5 winters in the UK.
I've had quite a few commutes below freezing (showing -3 degrees Celcius on the dash is the coldest I think) and I haven't had the same issues that you describe Enaef.
My bike does live in a garage overnight, it's not heated but it doesn't seem to drop below freezing in there.
My commute is approx 45 min one-way to work, and is a mix of roads and speeds - 20min of the commute is at 70 mph, which really cools rider and bike, and yet I haven't had any warnings like you.

It does seem to suggest that maybe the heating isn't quite right with your SR/F, or maybe I've just been lucky...

Regarding the Check Engine Light (CEL) - I know it well. Not from cold weather warnings but from other issues with my SR/F (water ingress causing isolation warnings/faults).
I seem to recall that I could clear the CEL after turning the key on and off 3 (or was it 5) times in a row.

My 2019 SR/F had water ingress issues - bike was off the road for 4 months (I was lent another SR/F by Zero for the duration)
Once my 2019 bike came back it was bulletproof - road it through all weathers for the next 2.5 years.

Got a new 2022 SR/F in November last year - rode it through Nov/Dec, which was fairly dry for a British winter - no issues.
Jan 2023 we had some really wet weather; first properly wet day (rain pouring down and roads drenched) and on the way to work I got isolation fault, battery module ineligible and of course the good 'ole Check Engine Light (CEL).
Got to work fine, let the bike drip dry for an hour and then plugged it in for a charge - charge worked fine.
On ride home, no longer raining but roads still soaked. Same warnings all popped up on the dash.
*sigh
Again let it drip dry for an hour or so and then plugged it in and it happily charged.
Next morning bike was fine (road dry, no rain) and it has been okay since but I haven't had any really wet weather to ride in since early Jan.

So, have they solved the waterproofing?.. I guess not   

Looking at buying A Zero or Energica.Went onto the comparison sites and only one company would insure me at £1250 fully comp for a 50 year old with no points , 13 years no claims and leaving it parked in a private car park in Surrey( flat so no garage) and commuting to work on it.It is putting me off the idea now as I was thinking of buying on a pcp deal.

I suspect the 'no garage' is the killer for you
I lived in a flat up until 2018 and couldn't get anywhere near sensible insurance quotes because I had no overnight garage to park in. It basically meant I couldn't own a motorcycle.
Moved to a house with a garage at the end of 2018 and was then able to get a few more insurers to offer slightly more friendly quotes - I immediately bought my SR/F

Mine gets a bit of moisture in it all the time.
Thankfully it only seems to be in the top right corner for me so it doesn't blur any info.
Moisture inside something that houses electronic equipment is never ideal though - I'm going to mention it to my dealer on the next service/visit.

I've been riding all winter here in the UK.
The limiting factor for me is ice. If they haven't gritted the roads then I'm not riding.

I've had loads of 0 degree (C) rides to work this winter, the worst being minus 3 I think.
A good chunk of my ride is on a motorway, which can get a bit chilly at 60mph.
Heated grips on max, heated gloves on max, heated jacket on 75%, with a big waterproof/windproof outer jacket.
Boots and trousers not heated and sometimes my brain can't work out whether I'm cold or not..  .. feet and legs feeling real cold but upper body warm as toast..

In terms of range I seem to lose about 10% on my SR/F once we're down to < 2 degrees C.
My commute round trip is 60 miles and I can charge at work, so the range reduction doesn't really affect me much so I don't pay it much attention

Looking forward to some warmer/dryer weather though.
It's not much fun riding home in the dark on roads that were gritted but there are suspicious shiny patches on some of the corners

Dark band between the low and high beams, it's pretty bad I think.
As far as I could tell there's no way to adjust the beams individually, but I haven't done as TheRan has suggested and had a poke around to see if there's a way into the headlight itself to check if there is any manual adjustment possible.

There are a couple of other threads discussing this on the forum but I can't recall any of them getting very far in solving the issue

Law's changing soon - it will be illegal for insurance companies to offer a better deal to new customers than existing customers in the UK. Not sure of the exact date of implemenation, but soon.
